It is easy to make Actech part of your design team:

FIRST - Submit your project
Actech will accept virtually any format from sketchy outlines, to detailed multi-page drawings.
These drawings can be:

                      E-mailed (convert drawing(s) to .DXF format)
                      Faxed
                      Fedex
                      UPS
                      SnailMail

Include:

Type of Material (if you're not sure, Actech engineers will make recommendations at no extra cost)

Expected Annual Usage (you just have to come close)

SECOND - The Team Review and Quotation Submission
Upon receipt, Actech engineers will review your project, then consult with your design personnel to refine the project's specifications.

Actech will freely lend its considerable expertise to select the proper materials, modify drawings or schematics, recommend part substitutions or, whatever else it takes, to insure your part is durable and economical.

Forty-eight hours after the specifications are set, Actech will provide you with a comprehensive quote which will include:

               -   complete tooling cost
               -   price breaks on unit cost
               -   lead times to mockups - samples - first production runs

THIRD - Approval and Delivery
Once approved, Actech expedites your part, our payment program insures both timely delivery and project control over each stage of development.
Project funds are sent to Actech via wire transfer: this is the fastest most economical way to get the work underway.

The payment schedule is as follows:

Mockup	-	prepay 100% of the quoted cost

Tooling	-	prepay 50% of the quoted cost
Tooling Balance	-	balance due upon approval of molded sample

Production	-	prepay 50% of the quoted cost
Production Balance	-	balance due within 21 days of the shipping date

FOURTH - Shipping
Actech ships samples via Fedex, UPS, or EMS (expedited mail service). You can specify your delivery preference for production shipments: Actech will even split your order (some by air, the balance by sea) to meet your project deadline(s).
