Around September, 1996, I very thoroughly examined the Taiwan (Taipei) Business Yellow pages on-line. I spent hours and hours reading, and downloading different materials from the various manufacturers and distributors of plastic materials and metal materials.

I was very impressed from the start with your Web Pages. I felt that a Company that creates a profile and portfolio as you have done, must have certainly completed their homework by the excellent presentation of all aspects of their organization. I did feel at first that Actech Inc. was too big a company to handle my small project and would be way too expensive for me to deal with. I have since found out differently.

Last September, I was confronted with a fellow vendor who, for many years conducted business with a company in Taipei and said he would act as a "go between" as one had to be familiar with the language and personality differences and would communicate for me. This went on for about six months with very little action and very little being accomplished, With a due date pressing on me, it was obvious that deadlines for the project were not going to materialize.

I had saved all of the Actech Inc. materials that I had down-loaded, reviewed your equipment and machinery listings with Tim (Draftsman) and decided to give it a try.
It has proven to be the best decision. From the start, both Jaque and I were impressed with your friendly, direct approach and right away felt confident that things were going to be done right, the first time. I understand and appreciate the humor and kidding and attention to detail and business as the needs occur. So far, we have been at ease and find no trace of a communication barrier as we have been told.

Your Web site, Portfolio and documentation speak for itself and capture the right attention to the specific needs in question. I have and will recommend Actech Inc. to others. We both kick ourselves for not making the move and contacting you last year. As we have told others, there has been more accomplished in one short months time than there had been done in 6 months with the other company. Rest assured that we are confident of your and Actech Inc. capabilities.

When this project was started, we had intended to show the product at the "America Motorcycle Rally" in New York during the first week in June. We now will debut it at a later time as we are preparing all brochures and flyers and finalizing contacts to properly market the item. We are apprehensive that it will be copied so timing is an issue that we present it at the right time so we can get a full years exposure with the product before it is duplicated, (maybe, maybe not)
